On September 30th, the STMA Breakfast Club opened the doors to their new barn and hosted the first breakfast club in the new building. The STMA Breakfast Club started in 2014 in the basement of Jake Vanada’s home. Their goal was to create space for high school students to enjoy a full breakfast and hear a teaching from the Bible about who Jesus is and how much He loves each one of them.
Since then, the club has had explosive and unprecedented growth, and God has lead them to build a barn to continue to create space for students. Larson Building, Inc. is the General Contractor on this project and the barn is now complete and open for the students.
“The line went from the front door to the road. Teenagers pouring in to this space to start their day hearing about a God who loves them and knows their name….I promised to spend the school year teaching these students how to build their lives on something solid …the rock … Jesus. All they need to do is show up.“ ~ Jake Vanada
Praise God for STMA Breakfast Club and the work they’re doing with the youth in St. Michael! Learn more about the STMA Breakfast Club here: https://www.stmabreakfastclub.org/
