Breaking Ground in Hutchinson, MN – Prince of Peace Retirement Living

Larson Building celebrated a recent groundbreaking for Prince Of Peace Independent Living Apartment expansion project in Hutchinson, MN. We are excited to partner with the Prince of Peace board on this significant project that will further their mission to provide high-quality and affordable senior living solutions. This expansion will bring twelve new units into the establishment bringing the total apartments to a count of fifty-two.

“Prince of Peace is located in a 100-year-old developed neighborhood on 1.5 acres of beautiful land. There is a park across the street and we are two blocks from downtown and walking distance of several churches.
Prince of Peace Retirement Living consists of 40 Independent Living Apartments. The building itself consists of 45,734 square feet spread out over 3 levels. Of the 40 apartments, which are presented as four “neighborhoods”, 28 are one-bedroom and 12 are two bedrooms.
Prince of Peace Retirement Living was designed for residential living for those who are 55 and better. It was designed to provide an independent living environment for elderly residents who do not require close supervision of their daily living activities.”
