This week Larson Building broke ground on a new Senior Independent Living complex in Lake Elmo, MN.

Due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, ground breaking ceremony could not take place. However, that didn’t stop us from “breaking ground” on this exciting project. This new campus consists of a 42-unit independent living apartment, along with 18 rental patio homes. We are excited to partner with the design team at Ayers Associates and the senior living management team at Ebenezer. This project enhances the adjacent Arbor Glen Senior Living community by providing additional independent living choices and more outdoor activities such as pickleball, bocce ball and walking paths. Anticipated completion is Spring 2021.
